Human Risk is the new attack surface.

we strengthen it.

We design immersive, science-driven learning and advisory solutions that strengthen human capability, drive adoption and future-proof the workforce.

WHO YOU’RE WORKING WITH

Cyber Dexterity was built on a clear conviction: technical controls alone do not reduce human risk. When behaviour is misunderstood, vulnerability remains.

Our focus is not on delivering information, but on strengthening judgement in real operational contexts. Every programme is grounded in evidence, designed with precision, and developed to influence behaviour under pressure.

Internally, the culture reflects the same discipline. Assumptions are challenged, detail is taken seriously, and integrity shapes every engagement. Substance is prioritised over noise, and measurable outcomes over superficial activity.

Organisations that value rigour, accountability, and thoughtful execution will find natural alignment here.

At the heart of the company is a belief that people, not systems, ultimately determine security outcomes.

The work focuses on designing and delivering human-centred learning, advisory, and capability-building experiences that leave individuals feeling confident, capable, and resilient in an increasingly complex digital environment.

Meet The Team

Head of Learning Solutions

Basil Polydorou brings a strong foundation in consulting, corporate banking, and financial technology, developed through years of working within large scale banking and payments environments, placing his early career at the centre of complex operational and regulatory systems.

Over time, His expertise evolved toward the human dimension of digital risk, with a particular focus on cyberpsychology and behavioural drivers such as trust, authority, urgency, and cognitive bias. His career reflects a consistent focus on understanding how vulnerabilities emerge at the intersection of systems and human behaviour.

Head of Brand Growth

Taryn-Lee Potgieter combines strategic leadership, operational expertise and a human-centred approach to scaling the brand and delivering impact.

Her diverse background includes roles in executive support, operations, project leadership, marketing, and EMEA Chief of Staff, providing her with a practical understanding of how organisations function in high-pressure, complex environments. She is known for simplifying complexity and driving measurable outcomes through clear communication and decisive strategy and has a strong personal passion for psychology, which she studies in depth.

Head of Development and Gamification

Nadia Polydorou is a multidisciplinary designer and learning experience specialist with a strong focus on how people engage with information, make decisions, and build better digital habits. Her work sits at the intersection of user experience, visual communication, and behaviour informed learning design.

Drawing on extensive experience in web design and brand development, Nadia approaches digital learning with both creative precision and strategic depth. Her work reflects years of understanding how design influences behaviour, trust, and decision making.

Learning Systems Technical Lead

Myburgh Nel is a seasoned 3D artist and technical lead with over 7 years of experience at the intersection of creative design and systems architecture. Myburgh specializes in the custom integration and management of Moodle environments to meet complex enterprise needs.

With a background spanning 3D artistry and game development, Myburgh brings a unique, multidisciplinary approach to digital transformation. What Sets Us Apart

Hyper-personalised Cybersecurity Training for Enterprise Organisations.

Fully customisable cybersecurity training engineered around your organisation.

Content, scenarios, visual identity, tone, systems, and governance structures are aligned to your operating environment, ensuring relevance, credibility, and measurable behavioural impact. When training reflects reality, engagement deepens and human risk reduces.

Behavioural Science-Driven Learning

Learning experiences apply behavioural science to strengthen judgement under pressure and reinforce pause, evaluation, and escalation behaviours.

Social Engineering Simulations

Simulations reflect current threats, including deepfakes and executive fraud, replicating real operational conditions rather than hypothetical scenarios.

Measurable Human Risk Reduction

Programmes target measurable behaviours, including reporting confidence, escalation timing, decision quality, and reduced risky interactions under pressure.
